The Bradley University Alumni Association and the Smith Career Center are pleased to offer a career service available to you through Experience, Inc.

With eRecruiting Alumni, you can review hundreds of job postings targeted for experienced BU talent. No one will be contacting you or searching for your profile unless you contact them first and you can be as active or passive in your search as you want to be.

In recent years, Bradley University students have been fortunate to have increased opportunities for internships and full-time jobs as a result of connections made through our alumni. In each of the past two years, over 425 different employers recruited on the Bradley campus and many more posted jobs through e Recruiting. We know that much of the new employer recruitment activity at Bradley was initiated because of Bradley alumni. We are grateful to all the alumni who made a special effort to have their employer consider Bradley University candidates as interns and new or experienced hires. While the job market has slowed down we have been encouraged by attendance at fall and spring semester job fairs we anticipate this year's employer count to be near 400.
At the present time with uncertain economic conditions and a tight job market, the assistance of Bradley alumni is more important than ever. If you become aware of an employment opportunity for a Bradley student or alum, we would like to hear from you. The Smith Career Center continues to utilize the eRecruiting product, which offers employers, students and alumni extensive web-based resources such as online resume books, job listings, job fair registrations, campus interview sign-ups and much more.
