Graduate School Fair

The annual Graduate School Fair offers a unique opportunity for schools and programs to interact with approximately 300 undergraduate and graduate-level students and alumni.

Student organizations and/or departments may have break-out sessions for specific types of programs. Additional information will be sent directly from these groups inviting specific programs
Reminders
- Refreshments will be available throughout the day for all schools/programs.
- Please complete the evaluation and leave it on your table.
- Please stay until the Fair ends at 3:30pm.
Shipping of Job Fair Materials
1. Shipping Instructions before the Fair
Send job fair materials, displays, etc., by Noon, one day prior to the fair, to:

2. Shipping Instructions after the Fair
If you wish to ship your job fair materials, displays, etc., after the Bradley University Fair, please follow these steps:
- Complete all of your shipping forms in advance.
- Attach the completed shipping forms to your display cases, boxes, etc.
- CALL your shipping provider with the instructions for pick up.
- After the Job Fair, your representatives should deliver your display cases, boxes of materials, etc. to the Smith Career Center, 931 N. Elmwood, First Floor Burgess Hall for your shipping provider to pick up.
The Michel Student Center ballroom will be filled with school/program displays with table sizes ranging from 5' to 8' long. Staff will be available throughout the day to respond to your questions. Please call on them for assistance when desired.
Parking
When you arrive on campus, please proceed directly to the Michel Student Center to drop off display materials. A complimentary shuttle van will run at approximately 10 minute intervals from 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. between parking lots and the Student Center.
Please note that you will be ticketed for parking in the Faculty/Staff/Student parking areas or in loading zones, along curbs, or in restricted areas.
- Visitor Lot next to Visitor Center - At the Stop Sign 100 yards south of Michel Student Center entrance, turn left onto St. James, proceed about 100 yards and turn right. NOTE - this lot will fill VERY quickly!
- Parking Deck next to the Garrett Center - At the Stop Sign 100 yards south of Michel Student Center entrance, turn left onto St. James, proceed to next Stop Sign and make a right; take a left after the Garrett Center into the Parking Deck. Most space will be available on the TOP LEVEL. The parking deck is a short distance if you would like to walk, otherwise, the van shuttle service will pick you up from this location.
- St. Mark's Catholic Church - At the Stop Sign 100 yards south of Michel Studentn Center entrance, turn left onto St. James, proceed to next Stop Sign and make a right onto Duryea. Proceed to next Stop Sign and make a left onto Bradley Ave. Pass through the next Stop Sign and make a left into the asphalt lot at corner of Bradley Avenue and University. The church is located next to campus, with the tall steeple!! The van shuttle service will pick you up from this lot.
- OVERFLOW PARKING should be available at Westminster Presbyterian Church at Moss Avenue and Institute - From the Michel Student Center: Go left at Stop Sign at Elmwood & St. James; Go right on Duryea, all the way to Moss Ave; Go right on Moss less than 1/4 mile and take a left into Westminster church driveway - park in lot to the left behind the church. The van shuttle service will pick you up from this lot.
